Ordering
4 questionsYou design your scarf online in the configurator, choose colors and patterns, upload your logo and add your desired text. Then you send us your design with no obligation. We review it and get back to you.
No. By submitting your scarf design, you initially send only an inquiry. Your design is reviewed first and then we contact you.
A single sample scarf is unfortunately not possible. Every knitted fan scarf needs its own knitting program, so one single piece would cost almost as much as a small run. If you want to check the quality first, order the minimum quantity of 10 pieces as a test order. For a later repeat order the knitting program is then already set up.
Purchase on account, Klarna, PayPal, Mastercard and VISA. Since every scarf is made to order, payment runs by quote or invoice through our inquiry system - nothing is charged in the configurator itself.

Yes. In the inquiry form, the quantity starts at 10 pieces and then continues in steps of 5.
Design
10 FragenIncluding your logo, a maximum of 6 colors is possible. If your logo contains additional colors, they may need to be reduced or adjusted.
Your logo should be uploaded without a background if possible. An isolated PNG file is ideal.
The preview is as accurate as possible, but production-related deviations can occur. During knitting, yarn can slightly show through, especially with light colors or white. Fine details and small text often appear a bit more pixelated due to the knit structure.
In principle yes, but very fine details, small fonts or complex color transitions cannot always be reproduced exactly in knitting. Such elements may look coarser or slightly pixelated in the finished scarf.
Our fan scarves are knitted from 100% acrylic yarn. Colors and artwork are part of the knit itself, they are neither printed nor glued on - which is why they survive many washes. We do not offer other materials such as silk or cotton.
Every screen renders colors differently. What counts is therefore not the impression on screen but the T number shown next to each color in the configurator - it matches our yarn card. If the shade should fit your emblem, tick "Match the shade to my artwork" in the request form.
In the artwork panel there is a "Remove white background" button below every artwork. It cuts out the solid area around your logo in one click. If anything is left over, open "Edit" and tap directly on the area that should disappear.
Only if you want to. The "Back = front side" button next to the side switch copies the entire front side in one click. You can still adjust the back side afterwards if you like.
Yes. In the font panel you can upload your own font file as WOFF, WOFF2, TTF or OTF; it is then used in the preview and in the draft. All fonts offered in the configurator are hosted locally by us and appear in the preview exactly as they will look in the draft.
Wider than 18 cm is not possible – that is our maximum scarf width. The length is up to you: 145, 160, 180 and 200 cm are available in the configurator. There is also a scarf for children at 110 × 13 cm, the HD scarf at 140 × 17 cm and a small scarf at 35 × 8 cm.
HD scarf
3 questionsAn HD scarf is a special version for more detailed artworks and finer implementations. This variant is particularly suitable for more complex graphics.
There is a 20% surcharge for an HD scarf.
When the HD option is active, it automatically switches to the special format 17 x 140 cm.
Delivery
3 questionsThe delivery time is usually about 8 weeks after final order approval.
Yes. In addition to the unit prices, there is a knitting program fee of EUR 36.00 gross plus shipping costs.
Count back about 8 weeks from your target date - that is the production time after your approval. Before that come the quote, the proof and your approval. Please state your target date directly in the message field of the inquiry: we check every date individually and tell you before you place the order whether it can be met.
Approval
1 questionYes. Before production, you receive a proof for approval. Nothing is produced without your explicit approval.
Service
1 questionYes. You can easily mention special requests in the inquiry form or include them with your inquiry.
Legal
1 questionPlease use only logos, motifs and brands for which you hold the necessary rights. For trademark-protected content, the appropriate usage rights should be in place.
